About Brad
Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to kind of give you an insight into who Brad is and how his photography is a little different from what you have already seen. Brad started shooting weddings in 1986. Right after his own wedding as a matter of fact. After growing up with a camera in his hands, and then being disappointed in the way his wedding day was portrayed, he embarked on a journey to find a better way. Not a huge fan of using all posed photographs, he sought out a different approach. That approach, some now call Photojournalism or Documentary style photography. But frequently these new "buzz words" are misused and overused by those hoping to catch the wave. Brad likes to let his images do the talking, and let you decide for yourself what catch phrase works best.
You might also be interested to know that Brad also teaches wedding photography to aspiring wedding photographers across the country with his http://wedphotocoach.com division as well. He believes strongly in sharing the secrets of his trade, and that so many photographers today truly have lost the "art" of creating an image. The lighting, posing, composition skills have all but diminished since the digital age. Thats unfortunate,especially for the unwitting bride who ends up terribly disappointed after her wedding. In a further effort to be of service to the local brides, Brad and his wife also publish a local bridal guide called Treasure Coast Brides, which is dedicated to serving brides and vendors in that area. You probably have already noticed that very little of what you see here is 2 people looking at the camera. That's just not Brad. He favors a much more hands off approach, and feels that the interaction should not be between you and the camera, but rather you and your husband. He captures the action as if on assignment to cover Life Magazine. Of course he still does the bridal party and family portraits as well. It's the combining of the documentary approach with some stylish portraiture that really sets his work apart from the rest.
Brad is a firm believer in utilizing all the latest in technology. From the use of high end Nikon cameras and lenses to even having one custom created to only capture the infra-red light spectrum, as only a select few are doing across the country.
Another thing that is so different, is Brad's approach to your day. From the very beginning he is keenly aware of not only what he needs to do, but how what he does will affect not only you, but all your other vendor's time lines as well. All your vendors must work as a team for you, and coordinating with all of them from the DJ to the caterer means you can simply relax and let it all flow.
Even the way we do business is a little different. You keep the proofs, you keep the high res. files, you get more reprints and enlargements included in your package than you could ever want. It's kind of like an all-inclusive resort. The whole point is that you don't have any checks to write when you are done with your package.

As the mother of the groom, I have been delighted with the pictures and the slide show. My relatives in California have already watched it. The pictures are beautiful, especially all the special effects. I love the black and white contrast with the color. The music was also great and fit the two of them beautifully. We will treasure the slide show and always remember how sweet it was. Thanks for your wonderful work. We will certainly recommend you to others. The Contemporary $3499.00

The Grand Floridian $6900.00

The most critical thing of course is the photography itself. So if you aren't sure what "stuff" you want, just book the Wedding Special package for now, and you can always upgrade to a different package at any time, even after the wedding when you actually have your photos!! The "magic" happens at the wedding however, so getting the coverage is the most vital part, not the stuff.
