Small, Terrific, Windy, Rainy, Wedding at the Pelican Grand Resort

So, when you plan a wedding at the beach….you probably dont plan on 35 mph+ winds, off and on again torrential downpours, outrageous surf conditions and all that right?  Well, that’s just what we had on Sunday at the Pelican Grand Resort in Ft Lauderdale.   Apart from that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?  Not so fast!  Turns out the gazebo on the rooftop provided just enough shelter from the winds, and the good Lord above provided just enough of a break in the rains to allow Nerissa and Gary to tie the knot in style without getting blown away or drenched!   We even managed to catch some great romantic stuff of the couple up there on the rooftops as well.  This was a small intimate event with maybe 15 people.  No matter, we still gave em hundreds of great shots.  Check out a few more of our favorites by clicking >>
